1. My teacher's classroom management plan is slightly different than others due to the fact that the classroom population is so large. There is a large emphasis on classroom and school procedures and students are always expected to hold up to these procedures in order for them to work efficiently. I think that the plan in the room is positive experience, each student know the rules and the consequences associated with those rules. It is important for all the students to work as one to have success as a whole class. Students are being moved to the next step all the time and this usually because they do not do what they are asked, disrespectful to any other adult in the classroom or their peers, and if they use inappropriate language.
2. Two things that my teacher does to avoid unnecessary instructions is : 1) if a student needs a new pencil then the teacher has previously sharpen pencils to hand to the student in return for their broken one. This way the students are not being loud as they sharpen their pencils and interrupt snack time. 2) my teacher provides snack time for the students during reading or writing time. This helps students get a small snack in their stomaches since they have the lastest lunch and it prevent the complaining about being so hungry.
3. Classroom Management
a. I believe that education is the foundation in society. Education is the pathway to achieving success down every path that an individual chooses. I believe in hands-on instruction and activites. Students learn best when they are help to practice the skill that they have previous learned. Teachers would create a managmenet that promote positive environment will allow students to see a model of the correct behavior. Classroom management is an important part of creating a positive classroom environment.
b. See image. This a sample idea that I would like for my classroom. c. Classroom Rules:

2. Keep hands and feet to yourself.
3. listen quietly wile others are talking.
4. Raise your hand and wait to be called on.
5. Always try your best!
